Recovery support is highly individualized depending on your procedure, surgeon instructions, travel plans, accommodations, and stage of healing. The information below covers some of the most common questions clients ask before booking recovery services.

Booking Questions

How do I know which package is right for me?

Recovery needs vary depending on your procedure, mobility limitations, surgeon instructions, travel plans, and level of desired support. Clients who are unsure may submit a recovery inquiry or schedule a consultation for guidance.

Do I need to book before surgery?

Yes. We strongly recommend booking recovery services as early as possible to allow for scheduling, travel coordination, accommodations planning, and preparation.

Are recovery services private?

Yes. Recovery support is provided privately and discreetly. Services may take place in your home, hotel, Airbnb, or other approved recovery location depending on the package selected.

Travel Questions

Do you provide accommodations?

Clients are responsible for securing accommodations. However, accommodations guidance may be provided to help identify spaces that better support recovery, mobility, privacy, and comfort.

What accommodations are recommended?

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom Airbnb is generally preferred for travel recovery clients because it allows additional privacy, easier mobility, meal preparation access, and more comfortable overnight support.

Who is responsible for flights and rental vehicles?

Clients are responsible for flights, accommodations, and rental vehicles. If transportation assistance is needed, clients may either add our team as an approved rental vehicle driver or provide payment for transportation coordination assistance when appropriate.

When should I begin post-op massage?

Always follow your surgeon’s instructions first. If no timing guidance is provided, incisional drainage massage generally begins during the earliest post-operative phase while manual lymphatic drainage is often introduced after initial healing has progressed.

How many massages are recommended?

Recommendations vary by procedure and surgeon preference. Many clients begin with more frequent sessions during the first several weeks of recovery to support swelling management and mobility.

Can massages be performed at my Airbnb or hotel?

Yes. Mobile massage appointments may be available within an approved service radius depending on scheduling and location.

Wellness Services

Wellness Questions

Do you offer IV hydration and wellness services?

Yes. Wellness services may include IV hydration, wellness injections, hydration support, and other recovery-focused wellness services when medically appropriate.

Do wellness services require medical clearance?

Certain wellness services may require medical review or clearance depending on the treatment selected and your medical history.

Payments & Financing

Payment Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards, select digital payment methods, and approved financing options when applicable.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing may be available through third-party financing providers including CareCredit and Cherry for qualifying clients.

Can HSA or FSA cards be used?

Certain wellness or medically related services may qualify for HSA/FSA use depending on your provider and plan guidelines. Clients should verify eligibility directly with their benefits provider.

Are payment plans guaranteed?

No. Financing approval decisions are made directly through the financing provider and are subject to eligibility requirements and credit approval.

Policies & Cancellations

Policies & Refunds

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Appointment cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may be subject to partial or full appointment charges.

Are products and retail purchases refundable?

Retail products, wellness products, and hygiene-related items are considered final sale due to safety and sanitary standards.

Are memberships or prepaid packages refundable?

Memberships, prepaid services, and package purchases are generally non-refundable once initiated. Transfer requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when appropriate.

What is the refund policy for concierge recovery packages?

Concierge recovery reservations require advance scheduling and provider time allocation. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, travel coordination, accommodations planning, and reserved care hours.

In general, travel recovery reservations may be refundable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled recovery start date. Remaining balances are typically due 7 days before departure or care initiation.

Travel-related expenses including airfare, lodging, transportation, parking, and accommodations are billed separately when applicable and may become non-refundable once booked.

Are meals included in concierge recovery packages?

No. Client meals, groceries, restaurant purchases, and food delivery costs are not included in package pricing unless otherwise specified.

Do recovery services replace medical care?

No. Recovery support services are designed to complement your surgeon’s instructions and do not replace physician oversight, emergency medical care, home health services, or direct medical treatment.
